About Me

I am a proud first-generation Latina student at NYU Stern School of Business, where I am pursuing a dual concentration in Finance and Data Science.

Passions and Interests

I am passionate about exploring how technology transforms financial services, global markets, and social impact. During my time at NYU, I have developed a deep interest in AI productivity tools and how they can transform business efficiency. Additionally, through internship experiences and courses such as Info Tech, Corporate Finance, and Databases for Business Analytics, I have gained an interest in data analysis and financial modeling. Moreover, my study abroad experiences in Madrid and Shanghai heightened my interest in international business. During my time abroad, I traveled to over 15 countries and immersed myself in diverse cultures. I found a love for meeting new people and connecting with different cultural backgrounds. These experiences shaped my global perspective and deepened my fascination with how businesses operate around the world. Lastly, growing up in a Mexican household opened my eyes to the challenges many immigrant families face. I watched my parents work tirelessly to build a better life in a new country, while navigating unfamiliar systems and overcoming countless barriers. Their resilience inspires my passion for helping underserved communities, particularly first-generation students who, like me, are carving out their own paths in higher education.
